The Parts Department is staffed with 17 master-certified parts technicians including the Parts Director, Ricky Gulledge and Parts manager, John Buckalew. The Parts Boutique and Accessory Counter has over 700,000 parts in stock for your vehicle, as well as items for your pleasure - golf clubs, golf shirt, casual shirts, caps, key chains, tires, wheels, XM Radio, etc.

We do so to provide convenience, safety, proper insurance practices, and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Hendrick Lexus requires the customer to:
Be 21 years of age or older
Provide a valid state-issued operator's license
Provide a major credit card
Have proof of insurance
When the loaner contract is signed, the customer assumes all responsibility to pay for any damage to the loaner vehicle including insurance deductibles. We also ask the driver to complete any required accident report.
To maintain this convenience, we ask that customers return the loaner vehicle on the day repairs are completed or as scheduled. Otherwise they will be charged $40.00 per day for extended vehicle usage.
